Defective Equipment! No Service! We have an alarm going off, for Days And Now Constantly for the last 2 Hours!! These people have Been here 4 or 5 times in the last 2 weeks and Nothing is Fixed!! IF I could give them -10 Stars I Would!!! I wonder if Contacting Someone Concerning The Contractors License Would Help!!?.. **update...The alarm lasted 7+ HOURS...it hasnt stopped Yet🤦

We've been using John's Brothers for years at three location in the OBX area. They have always been a pleasure to work with. One of the locations is in a cottage on the beach and subject to a number of issues. The salt air and house guests! Not sure which is worse (LOL)!
