Eric listened to what security concerns that we had and then listed the options that Johns Brothers could offer to address these concerns as well as additional security options that we may choose to consider in the future. He covered all our issues without pushing additional services which did not meet our requirements.
Eric was very organized and efficient in his presentation to us and Jason did a great job installing our new system.
Defective Equipment! No Service! We have an alarm going off, for Days And Now Constantly for the last 2 Hours!! These people have Been here 4 or 5 times in the last 2 weeks and Nothing is Fixed!! IF I could give them -10 Stars I Would!!! I wonder if Contacting Someone Concerning The Contractors License Would Help!!?.. **update...The alarm lasted 7+ HOURS...it hasnt stopped Yet🤦
