We also use the blow therm oven paint booth, which bakes on a high quality auto finish. Excellent customer service! There is not one thing I can think of they could’ve done better …They were thorough, friendly and very professional…from the spotless appearance of their shop and offices to the way, they communicated with their customers. Melissa o was a tremendous help in dealing with the insurance companies, getting the necessary approvals, and talking all of the pain and agony out of getting my car repaired. Their timely updates and communication through the repair process was superb!
CARSTAR replaced my damaged bumper in a flash! All of their staff was extremely friendly, helpful, and informative. I was also pleasantly surprised that my entire vehicle interior was vacuumed upon pickup, as I did not get the chance to do so before dropping it off. 10 out of 10. Thank you!
