John's has done body and paint for us one time a couple of yrs ago. We knew we wanted to go back to them. Truly awesome service. They care about the finished product and the customers satisfaction. We were kept informed of the progress regularly via text. This repair to a 2010 Subaru was showroom perfect. I dont know how good the prices are as this was insurance work, All I paid is my deductible.
I have owned a 2008 Mazda MX5 for 16 years and kept it looking great. Then a woman turning right ran into the left side of my car. I have USAA insurance and they suggested taking my car to CARSTAR John's body shop in Poulsbo, WA. They did a great job on the repair, and it looks terrific. It had a problem with the keyless entry system, but they have a really sharp Tech there, whose name is Larry, and he found the problem fairly quickly.
Super nice shop Good people!
The auto body repair and new paint were excellent. The rear end collision damaged parts were removed and replaced with new parts and excellently painted to match the 2013 original body parts.
