Family business, great service from Ely and team. I brought a bunch of Stilh gear here. They supported me with an issue with my FS240 Whipper. Great products and great to receive support post sale.
Took my whipper snipper here for a specific issue, but had to bring it back twice because the problem wasn’t fixed either time. In the end, I went to another repair shop where it was fixed in under 10 minutes. Very frustrating experience and a waste of both time and money.
I would give negative stars if this was possible. I’m surprised businesses like this can survive. Terrible customer service. Definitely worth driving out to Ongmac in Lismore instead.
Good guys. Needed some fuel line and they were happy to help.
