John took my appointment request for a Saturday repair after my rear derailleur cable snapped during a ride. I ride a Catbike Musashi (recumbent bike). I’ve had truly horrific experiences at local non-recumbent bike shops and John is the closest trusted ‘bent dealer to me. He took the time to do a quality job and replaced the cable and housing ,and since I stayed and waited I also got to learn some things about my bike as well.
