I was a loyal customer for 6 years until I needed a rear differential for my SUV. It took three replacements and the 3rd was the wrong gear ratio. Went to use my 4wd and blew my transfer case (so much for road testing). When I told them the transfer case was blown, John and Jeff said not so, told me the problem was my front axle so they replaced that; still didn't work, then they said it was the front drive shaft so they replaced that until finally I said enough crap shooting diagnosis. Steered me right with my 99 S10 3.4L V6, may he RIP, then my "new" 03 Saturn LW300 – Class act, trustworthy, honest, knowledgable and GREAT service! John and his crew of capable technicians cannot compare to ANY other service I've utilized for auto maintenance and repair! They identify problems immediately, even the less common error or malfunction, and if they couldn't I'm sure they'd be forward with their hypothesis and refer me to a diagnostics shop if needed.
