The services I received from this garage did not live up to the expectations of others reviews I've read. Your vehicle is a part of your family and takes you from A to Z, with routine and regular maintenance it'll last for years. Choosing the wrong mechanic, will cost you money and disappointment. If you work hard for your money and expect your vehicle to be fully restored for services you pay for, always do research on complaints from past to present. Choose your mechanic wisely.
I was referred to Johns Automotive by my son, who came across them driving back and forth while attending school at JU. Then life happened... I had a last minute business trip come up and hadn't realized how long I had actually let the maintenance of my car go until it started reminding me at that very moment. It was screaming! John's Automotive is THE BEST. Without a doubt!! I send everyone there and they have all been as happy with the service as I've always been. Cannot say enough good things about them. They have saved me and my friends/ neighbors/ co-workers so much money over the years. Awesome people to do business with! As for the ONLY negative comment I've seen......there's got to be much more to that story.
DO NOT GO! Crooks, and criminals. Took my car there with a simple problem, gave me a run around for over a week, missed many days of work, only for him to tell me the car is not worth fixing. If that wasnt enough I went back to get my stuff out of my car and all the change had been robbed. It was only about $3-$-4 dollars but talk about adding insult to injury. DO NOT GO. You WILL be sorry.
