I can't say enough good things about John's Automotive in La Mesa. I brought my 2021 Subaru Crosstrek in for an oil change and a clicking noise coming from the front left. Brian and the team took the time to road test the car with me so they could hear exactly what I was experiencing. John is an honest auto repair facility. He keeps you in the loop regarding the repairs he is doing. He wont do anything without your permission. He will be my go to mechanic from now on.
Phenomenal service, starting with the first phone call. Special shout out to Jay, who went above and beyond to diagnose and fix my engine mystery, gave excellent customer service along the way, and gave me back a much better car than I dropped off. Thank you Jay, and John’s Auto!
