I have gone to this shop for the past 3 years for my NYS inspection and they were always very pleasant until today. I went this morning said Good Morning and said can I ask you a question, which was met with a grumpy face and abrupt "what" I then asked if they could inspect my car but I also needed to have my headlight bulbs changed. I told them I had the bulbs but I was not able to get the old bulb out. The answer was a very nasty NO we don't do repairs. Get the headlights fixed and come back. NO THANK YOU.
