I can't recommend John's Auto (and Eric specifically) enough. We've been having cars serviced there for over 20 years. I've always recommended them to anyone asking for honest and fair mechanics but never thought to do a review before now. My mechanic of over 30 years retired and I was recommended to John's Automotive by a couple of people. Dealt with Eric and was the nicest and most knowledgeable I've dealt with in awhile. Even though my car's problem was minor he treated me like a major customer and fixed the problem fast and right. He has a new customer for life. I recommend John's Automotive and especially Eric!
So I now have a 2017 Ford Escape. I called Eric wed 4/16/25 . asked if he had Time Friday after work to fix my head light was out. And a oil change . Told me no problem. Was done 1 1/2 hrs. He is very reasonable . Thank you Eric My 2016 chevy cruze leaking coolant ..John automotive had great reviews.So called told Eric coolant leaking no heat.
