You come to a mechanic shop for them to tell you the problem…I was never updated on my car condition until after payment…still on the side of the rode at $400 spent…do not recommend

I can't recommend John's Auto (and Eric specifically) enough. We've been having cars serviced there for over 20 years. I've always recommended them to anyone asking for honest and fair mechanics but never thought to do a review before now. Eric is the most honest mechanic we have dealt with and even though we moved an hour away, we make the trek there and back to drop off and again to pick up because of the trust we have in him. My mechanic of over 30 years retired and I was recommended to John's Automotive by a couple of people. Dealt with Eric and was the nicest and most knowledgeable I've dealt with in awhile. Even though my car's problem was minor he treated me like a major customer and fixed the problem fast and right. He has a new customer for life. I recommend John's Automotive and especially Eric!
