We took my car in and approved the expensive repair. This has been a reliable car, and I thought I wouldn't be able to replace it for $1500 so I wanted it fixed. A week later, we saw my car was sitting on the highway. Not even on the side street! When we asked, they said they just thought it wasn't worth fixing. No phone call, nothing! There was more to the story, but the short story is, they have plenty of time to sit around in the office, but not a moment to call? I will NOT be back.
