Had a squeaking noise from under my truck, thought it might be rear brakes worn out. took to John's and was told it was indeed the rear brakes so $1800 and one work day later I got my truck back just as noisy as when it went in. Took it back and diagnosed as bad u joints in rear drive shaft, no more trust as another mechanic that works there said in passing they heard the bad noise when he was helping replace the rear brakes and it was coming from tge front drive shaft.
