I have had the WORST experience with Johns Auto. To begin, they put a GPS tracker in my car without my knowledge or permission (it was not in my contract). A lawyer was contacted and in all 50 states it is ILLEGAL to use a GPS tracker in someone's car without their knowledge and is considered stalking under NYS law. I would have never bought the car if I would have known they would be tracking me. BUYER BEWARE!!! Do not buy a vehicle from these people. Believe ALL the reviews you see here! They sold me a lemon transmission went within 31 days. When you call, the daughter is extremely rude and bad for business, demanding I bring the car for repairs and a tow that I would need to cover. They overcharged for the down at $2,500 because they KNEW the car would break down so they could profit. Policy is 10 days no payment automatic repo.
