frustrated – Hi, after we were referred by a colleague, my friend took his car to his shop and he charged almost $$$$ but the problem continued to exist.. then i took my car and it is almost more than a week i have called him few times and his response was 'we are looking into it right now and will get back to you as soon as possible' but the car was sitting at the parking lot unattended. I don't bring my cars to anyone else, period. – Not sure why anyone would complain about John's service. I have been bringing my cars to him since 1990 and only because he has been honest with me every time. That's an unusual quality to find in a mechanic and it keeps him busy.
A++ service; Honest and Honorable! – I don't know what problem the prior reviewer had, but I have been using John's Auto Repair for about 12 years now and have found John to be one of the most honest and honorable people I've ever met. He has always treated me with the utmost respect and care; his work has always been top-rate! Don't let one bad review skew you into thinking that you won't try this business! Locally, he is well known and well respected. I wouldn't take my car anywhere else!
Does'nt care about your safety or wallet.. Find a repair center who know' what their doing – What a rip off !!! I guess there must been a sign that read idiot on my forehead and you took our money without remorse. ...... Apparently you have taken your business for granted by not maintaining any standards and not showing any interest in your businesses reputation. One tells ten, ten tell a hundred and so on.
