after the dealer messed up my daughter's vehicle and refused to fix their mistakes we took to Mark and he has been wonderful to her and honest and respectful. couldn't ask for a better mechanic and we'll be taking our vehicles to them from now on!
I was in the area for work when i hit a metal object in the road. After I got my tire change i drove to the nearest auto shop i could find. I stopped in assuming i was going to be buying a new tire and rim. Mark assisted me with the best service and was more than willing to help locate the items i needed immediately. Once he got the parts order he then looked closer at my tire to find that he didn't even need parts. He bent my rim back in place my tire wasn't popped so he put it back on...all for FREE!!!! I got into an accident and had my car towed to this shop, where it sat for almost a week waiting for the insurance adjustor to take a look at it. After hearing this, the shop charged me for only one day of storage plus the towing fees, instead of a full week's storage (which would have amounted to over $200, alone). It just goes to show that, even though they're running a business in these trying times, there's still enough room for chivalry. -Haborym
