I took my Chevy to the dealership in Lansing IL because the transmission was running hot, and after keeping it for over a month, they told me I needed a whole new transmission — which caused me to lose my warranty. I then brought my car to John’s Arrow Transmission and within no time, he found the real issue: a cramped wire that was blocking coolant flow to the transmission. Eric was very knowledgeable and very honest about the cost of rebuilding my transmission including parts and labor. I had no problems My vehicle was repaired in a timely fashion. I was able to attend my 50th year high school reunion. He didn't guarantee that my vehicle would be ready but he made it possible thanks Eric much appreciated. August 31st 2025 as of today January 17 2026 haven't had any issues whatsoever!! Would highly recommend to anyone who needs transmission repair.
