I highly recommend John for your appliance repairs. We have used him several times in the the past. Most recently our washing machines quit working on 19 Dec. John came out and had to order a part. When he got the part, he came back and made the repair on Christmas Eve. Thank you John .
If I could I would give Mr. John 10 stars. My dryer stopped working, I call right before 9am. He called me back a few hours later and was at the house 30 minutes after we spoke, and fixed my fryer. Just in conversation I mentioned we had a new water heater replaced a few months back and since then our water bill has doubled. He looked at the waterheater and Said it was good. So he went and looked at the water meter and it was spinning like crazy...he said we had a water leak some where.. So he looked around outside the house... read more

Asked John to install a part for my washing machine he told me to call when it came in, called and left messages for 4 days straight, 0 returned calls, and even now after I called another company to install the part and 10 days have passed still hasn't even called back! as a business owner myself don't know how these people just ignore customers .....
