I have been taking each of my vehicles to John Doerr for over 20 years and talked my elderly father into taking his cute pick-up to John, instead of driving 20 miles to take it to a man he trusted. My father was happy with the work and the charges on the work John had done. I bought my first used car, a Nissan Maxima, from a friend who owned a used car lot. The only reason why there is 1 star selected is because in order to post a review, a star must be selected. This "mechanic" doesn't even deserve one star. I am the niece that was mentioned by my Uncle, Joseph Brown. This mechanic is very rude and hateful when spoken to. I know we are all adults, but the cussing he does is uncalled for. This "Clown" and trust me, this Guy truly is a Joke......a Backwoods, Cousin flirting with Individual. People like this truly belong in a World all of their own. I Paid him to replace the air-conditioning compressor, on my nieces Mini van and the thing "Quite Literally Imploded" within 24hrs............. he also replaced the Radiator and hoses at the same time. Called just to see how much it would be to replace a wheel bearing on my car and he was rude. all because i already had the part and just needed it put on. it shouldnt matter if i have the part or not. When i told him i already had the part he said oh i dont do that i wouldnt even go to this place after hearing that because that tells me you wanted to over charge me in the 1st place for the part.
