Outstanding service. Went above and beyond in customer service. The repairs were done as promised. I will definitely come back if I need repairs while in the area.
The truck specialists you always wish existed. . .and here they are! Detailed review of my truck, video of potential problems, easy scheduling, and excellent repair work. Also got an alignment that few in the Longmont area were equipped to do. Very knowledgeable, professional, and an amazing new facility in Johnstown. Their business plan to build a team and pay them a decent wage is uncommon, and I'm glad to be a part of it all.
The staff here is excellent! Easy to deal with, did the correct repair I had asked another shop closer to home do and they screwed it up. Tom explained things nicely and let me go back to see what the issues were, take photos and ask questions. Yes they are further but you get a way better experience and they will do the work correctly the first time. And they have a nice rti ramp! Thabks again guys!!
If you have a lifted truck and need an alignment this is the place to go!!!!! Very knowledgeable staff I’m so thankful I didn’t take it to just any alignment shop
