Johnny's Appliances are awesome. They are very accommodating. If they don't have what you need or want at that time, they will have it in no time. FIRST, where do I start, no one should sell defective products, used yes, tore up no.. treat people how you want to be treated. I spend my hard earn money,they sent a technician who was not their own. He hooked it up wrong, then it started leaking after 3 days. Came to look at it and tells me oh the tech who hooked it up, hooked it up wrong,then hit me with oh but it’s small part we have to replace but you knew that before you sold it, point blank period. Johnny’s Appliances are very nice and friendly. I love they fact they acknowledge you as soon as you walk through the door. I purchased a refrigerator and stove! I love them both.
We just moved into a rental in September 2017. They dropped the stove we bought off a truck, brought us a different one that didn't work completely. The fridge didn't work but they couldn't fix it till the next week. They brought our original stove which appeared to work and we had them swap them out because the original appeared to be in good shape. Turns out that was just spray paint. The warped stove popped back into crookedness and the spray paint fell off after about two weeks leaving a chipped, rusted, stove that won'... read more
