We cannot praise Johnny's Septic Service enough. They gave us TEN star service dealing with an immediate need a septic system repair. Elizabeth immediately scheduled the service, and it was done quickly and professionally. Not only that, the cost came in at half the original estimate. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!
Had to replace our septic system and have been using Johnny's for years. I shopped around for a designer and Shawn was the best! Through the whole process Shawn and Mindy were super transparent and informative. Shawn worked with me on the design so it worked best for our house and future needs. When it came time for the install Travis and Isaiah were awesome and walked me through all I needed to know about the new system. From start to finish everyone has been great!
Over charged for riser material, when I told them they tried to make me pay before correcting the total. Tech on site was not only rude to me he was rude to the other trades on site. Work was also very poor. Had to tear out and redo. Overall horrible experience from owner to front desk to tech. Wouldn't hire even if it were free
Very knowledgeable, fast service, and good price. Highly recommended.
