Ordered a part from them late Friday. Called Tuesday to find out when the part would be delivered. They hadn't even pulled it yet. When I asked them to cancel the order the lady got all pissed off and hung up on me. I called back and she said I was rude (I hadn't been) and hung up on me again. So I give this company a big fat ZERO on customer service
