Big changes with new ownership. Biggest concern is that they offer a cash price and a credit card price however they don’t accept cash. The uniqueness of prior ownership management has disappeared along with the family atmosphere previously offered. Not sure we will visit nearly as often as we once did.
I ordered pizza and a salad today via doordash. Got the pizza... no salad. This is the second time in a row this has happened. I called the store to talk to a manager. A young inexperienced sounding waitress advised she's the head waitress and person in charge. I asked if our salad was sitting there and she said yes. No apology or offer to fix it. Honestly mid at best. Onions were inconsistently chopped. Took me a while to chew the bacon. Probably got gristle. Got meat and toppings at the beginning. Got dough at the end. Being a New Yorker, disappointed with the food. If you are going to claim to be the best, do better please. Don’t know if I’ll be back.
Bad service with mediocre food. Highly recommend skipping this location, and I do not say that often.
