To the manager: When you are out of a key item such as wings, please train your staff to inform your patrons of this as soon as they enter into the establishment or at least before they are seated...not AFTER they have waited for their drink orders to be taken and to receive those drink orders...and definitely not after they have been sitting long enough to have their order ready. Not to even mention the fact that the place was empty.
