I've stayed here before and it was decent. Unfortunately the rooms are not sealed well, and someone smoking outside late at night came straight into my room and stunk the whole place up. Hard to sleep after that. Tried to book there again. They don't answer their phone, so I was forced to book two rooms for two nights elsewhere.
Booked through a 3rd party and it was not communicated to motel but they accommodated and gave us an upgraded room at the same rate. Disappointing that the pool was closed this year due to repairs and it was not posted on their site or upon check in. There was a small sign on the doorway. Stayed 3 nights but did not have anyone come in to replenish towels/coffee etc.
My new favourite place to stay in Grand Forks! Clean room, comfy bed, great view of the river.
Excellent got us in a room early when we showed up. Really nice room all renovated and I’m fussy. Comfortable bed… great staff will be back 100 percent. Front desk even offered and held me a room for day when I wasn’t even sure if I was coming back!! Thanks for awesome stay. Melanie
Stayed here for one night. Wonderful Motel. Friendly staff, clean rooms, beautiful little sitting are outside.
