The guy's in the showroom were very helpfull and our new couch arrived on time and we couldn't be happier with it.
This furniture shop is very unprofessional. They put up an advertising mentions STRICTLY NO HOLDS and I have read many complaints on FB saying they won't hold even you want to deposit or pay off the item. Therefore, I went to their shop at 10am when they just open, to buy the furniture. I saw the item that I want but guess what? The staff told me that item ON HOLD so they rejected to sell to me. Fantastic experience. Knowledgeable staff who do not «pressure sell». The couch that was initially delivered was damaged, but was replaced with no fuss at all. Major furniture retailers can be an absolute nightmare to deal with; delivery can take up to 20 weeks and good luck if you have any issues. Johnny’s Furniture Brisbane is great quality at an even better price, with flawless customer service. 100% recommend!
