After spending thousands of dollars with them (including expensive personal training session that never got used because I started at a job that did not work with the Gym schedule) the only option they provide for cancellation if life has changed is to go in person and sign a form. Then they charge you the annual fee that has not yet come into play as well as an additional month of dues.
