Keeps upping the price while the place rots. The vacuums didn’t even work and ate my money.
Started out the automatic wash would not take any payment. Went to the manual wash and high pressure wash would not engage. Went and got change for vacuum put in a five dollar bill got back $4.80 gave me a nickel instead of a quarter. Went to vacuum and put $1:50 in and did not turn on! Car next to me got ripped off too! Stay away!
I went there today to wash and vacuum my car. The one vacuum I put $1.50 in it and the machine and it was broken , had no sign on it and no way to get your money back. Then I go to a vacuum that worked and the nozzle on the end on the hose kept falling off. Then to top it off I had to bounce between two different bays to wash my car. The first one I had a hard time getting my card to swipe. Then it runs out of time and I try to swipe my card again and it wouldn't take it at all so I had to to go to the next bay to finish. Every single station at this car wash is broken. Went to use the carpet cleaner and it’s completely broken, even the vacuum attachment to it. The self service washing stations have broken mat clips and spray nozzles. For the price that everything costs here I would’ve liked if everything semi worked. I don’t expect perfection but even the vacuum station has hoses that are all duck taped up and don’t work properly.
I pray that people look at this review before they come here to was there car. My car came out scuffed and covered in soot that wasn’t even in my car in the first place. Absolutely neglected by the owner. Edward scissor hands could’ve hand cleaned my car leaving less scratches than this place. PLEASE DO NOT GO HERE.
