I have 2021 Silverado 2500 Duramax. My cp4 pump failed while I was on a trip. Platinum towed it to there shop. Spoke to Johnny on the phone & he was very pleasant to deal with. He diagnosed the problem, & talked to the warranty company. He made me fill like he was trying to help me, unlike some shops that want to help themselves. After a couple of weeks of back & for with the warranty, we finally got it covered. I picked it up today & drove it home 4 hours away & it drove as good as new. Johnny drove 1 hour and 1/2 to pick up my RV after it was damaged by a deer. It was raining but he choose to answer the call by my insurance company to pick up my RV. We drove from Jacksonville, NC to Williamston, NC. He offered to make the repairs and to do the body work necessary to get the RV back on the road. He was easy to work with, down to earth, and a kind soul. I am so grateful and blessed that he is a honest man and true to his word.
