Great service! Fast and very reasonable rates. Warranty 3 years/26k miles on repairs was an unexpected benefit. Important to mention- NO upsell! This is the kind of hometown service not often seen these days. Greg kept me updated, communications were clear and the diagnosis using a short video to show the required service was a nice touch. Thank you Greg and staff for the great service. We’ll be back.
Im gonna give this business 1 star. Great customer service but was charged 500 for spark plugs. They will rip you off. Just do not go here. Do your research
I had this shop inspect my Buick Encore GX, they found the engine and transmission mounts were bad and needed replacing. I had contacted all the Buick dealerships in Polk county for a repair estimate. I called back to johnny's and they beat the price at the deanships price by over $300. They also did not charge for the inspection and gave me a free loaner car to use for a couple of hours. 4 weeks later my mom's Honda Civic was making a noise when the A/C compressor kicked in.
