Called yesterday to schedule an appointment to bring my car in for an AC recharge. They said I could bring it by same day if I wanted. Told them maybe tomorrow (today) would be better. Guy tells me to text him my name and car info. I specifically said "this number?" And he said "yes this number". So I did. I come in today to drop my car off and they have ZERO record of my appointment. Why? Because the number I texted was a landline and no one said that...
