I’m not a “car” girly, so handling car stuff on my own has always felt like a hassle. Most shops I’ve been to in the past tried to upsell or fix things that weren’t even broken. I took my car to Johnny's when multiple warning lights came on. They had my car for a little over two weeks and when I picked it up, it was in worse condition than it was when I left it with them. They claimed to have found the issue and replaced a part for nearly $800, but that did not solve anything. They then gave a different diagnosis, but I would still have to pay for the repair that did not address the issue the car was having. Felt some shaking in my truck so I took it to Johnny’s, and after a quick diagnosis and repair I was back on the road. Always a great experience every time I’ve taken my vehicle into Johnny’s!
I took my car here because I wasn't sure what was happening. Although, ultimately I had to be referred to the dealership beccause my vehicle had some coding issues everyone was very professional, knowledgeable and helpful every step of the way. I think these are good, honest folks, which is hard to come by these days! I highly recommend 👌🏾
