These guys have real integrity. I brought my Volvo in with a bunch of electrical problems. Eric did his best to diagnose the problem but because of Volvo’s proprietary nonsense, he wasn’t able to do anything. He didn’t charge me because he wasn’t able to fix it, even though I was planning to pay them for their time. Highly recommend.
Kind, fast, and nice
Eric and everyone at the shop are the most caring mechanics I have ever been too. Couldn’t recommend this mechanic shop enough!! I have told all my friends to go to him and he is simply the BEST. Every time anything goes wrong with my car, I give him a call and he can usually fix it within the day and gives me the most fair price. As a woman, it’s hard to find a reliable mechanic that won’t take advantage of you and make you fix things you don’t need to or overcharge you for basic service. FINALLY a Toyota technician I can trust and who does FANTASTIC work!!! Eric and his crew are top notch professionals - honest, experienced, highly skilled. I had a critical repair I needed help with on my 2004 4Runner. Eric didn't blink an eye, and by late afternoon, my years-long problem was solved. When another issue popped up, rather than jump to an expensive potential fix, Eric worked with me to troubleshoot and report back to solve the issue.
