Eric and everyone at the shop are the most caring mechanics I have ever been too. Couldn’t recommend this mechanic shop enough!! I have told all my friends to go to him and he is simply the BEST. Every time anything goes wrong with my car, I give him a call and he can usually fix it within the day and gives me the most fair price. FINALLY a Toyota technician I can trust and who does FANTASTIC work!!! Eric and his crew are top notch professionals - honest, experienced, highly skilled. I had a critical repair I needed help with on my 2004 4Runner. Eric didn't blink an eye, and by late afternoon, my years-long problem was solved. When another issue popped up, rather than jump to an expensive potential fix, Eric worked with me to troubleshoot and report back to solve the issue. I've been going to Johnnie's back when Johnnie owned it, lol! So a long time. We continue to go under the ownership and management of Eric and would never go anywhere else. He and my husband "talk cars" and Eric has never steered us wrong. Sometimes he recommends something we didn't know needed to be done, sometimes he says "you don't need that," and always he does excellent work and is quick, personable, and reasonable. I highly recommend taking your cars and trucks here.

Old school mechanic, went in for estimate on brakes, he discovered my old mechanic destroyed my brake sensor to then overcharge to fix it, Eric is there to fix what’s wrong @ a fair price, that’s all. For ref. I own a Lexus RC f-sport, whatever you do, DO NOT Goto Lexus Oakland for repairs!!!
