This shop is the only shop I could find that would deal with fred loya insurance and I have a custom painted car it took over 2 months for the rear end of my car to get done not because of the shop but because fred loya tries to penny pinch everything but johnny kept his word on everything he said he would do and he fought for me as a customer to make the insurance company do right on my behalf he got the colors correct and blended the fenders the way they needed to be and the paint work is show quality
Johnny goes above and beyond for his clients . I brought my 2010 tundra there after taking it to another collision center that butchered the work . Johnny was more then understanding , he was willing to also do upgrades to the truck while we had it there .. Upgraded suspension, he even cleaned the truck for us when we went to pick it up. His prices were more then reasonable and had it out in a decent time .. If you need autowork Johnny is your guy . Honest , respectful and fair - true diamond in the ruff .... Highly recommend. Johnny is great. They'll try to find the most reasonable solution for your car, no nonsense.
Was quoted one price by the owner, when calling back later his brother tried to say “oh I don’t think he said that” and doubled the price. Unethical and not right, I could’ve worked with the price going up but to tell me I wasn’t told something and double it before even talking to the owner is wrong.
