The absolute worst! They offer a 30 day warranty but it's BS, they will not fix anything or refund your money. The owner is a complete ass. He will avode you and when you finally get him on the phone he will cuss you out and threaten to "shoot your ass dead", yes he did say that. This place is a train wreck. Don't do it, go somewhere else!
the appliances I bought from here were broken from the moment I got home. when I called to speak to the owner he yelled and cussed me out saying I damaged the fridge because instead of paying the delivery fee I did it myself. I bought the fridge with a 30 day warranty but the owner is trying to charge me for fixing the broken fridge he sold me. Horrible customer service!!! Purchased a lawn mower from him and after 2 uses, it did not work. Took it to him for repair, and he was going to charge me to use a lawn mower while he repaired the other one. We used the loaner and it soon quit working. Took the loaner back to him to only get another mower that did not work after 30 seconds. Meanwhile, Johnny has had the lawn mower that we purchased for over 3 weeks for repair. I plan to request a refund. If he refuses, I shall contact the BBB and Scott Hines from KFOR. • • •
Johnny did a great job all the way around. Great refrigerator, great price. Delivered, added filter when they hooked it up. Hauled off my old one! I would buy from him again and recommend also!
