I have used Johnny's A-1 several times to pump my septic system. Nikki was great to work with and gave me an appointment very quickly. I ask a lot of questions. Joe answered all of them and did a great job of teaching me about my system. I highly recommend them!
Only gave a 1 because 0 isn't an option. This company does NOT stand by their "work." They are not a company of integrity. They will say there is a problem and that it will cost x amount of dollars but can't tell you what is wrong or what they will fix. They also give information on your report, that you never got, to other people. Had another company come out to check septic and surprise, there is nothing wrong with it.
Call for a septic pump and they came out same day.
Nikki was great to work with Scheduled very quickly and got the job done!
I had a client in urgent need of A-1’s service. I spoke with Nikki in the office. After giving her the information, she said I will call you right back. Not only did she call me right back, she also informed me that they would be over as quickly as possible. Sure enough, he pulled in within the hour.
