Spoke with the owner multiple times on the phone and through message and told him I planned to come buy a mower. When I arrived they could care less to help me. After walking around the store for 30 minutes or better another gentleman came in and was assisted almost immediately. Completely rubbed me wrong, so I ended up going to another local Scag dealer and purchasing a mower the next day. Shame because I had full intentions to do business with them.

Switch & bait: They post ad for $11,750, but when you contact them, the price is now $12,500, but hours later they still have the ad up. The owner brags on facebook about how he makes sales from this tactic. $750 more !! Unprofessional.
