The customer service here is phenomenal! I got a bike off Facebook marketplace that didn't hold air in the rear tire and i hadn't scheduled an appointment, just walked in, and Joseph was eager to help me. He showed me where the hole was in the inner tube, and showed that the tire was rotting and recommended replacing it as well. He picked a budget friendly option that paired well with the front tire. We had another great experience at Johnny Velo 's bike shop. Johnny told us that we could come in after riding 75 miles or so on our new Kona Dew bikes for a free tune up. Lexxi was terrific squeezing us in to do the tune up before we had to head back home to Pittsburgh. Great place to take care of all your biking needs.
