Johnny the owner spent hours with us. We were buying for ourselves and we were with 2 friends. We peppered him with questions. The test drive was in the neighborhood, on the road. Everything was explained patiently and with a few stories. I had to call the next day because I needed more info on correct trailer hitch and he remembered and got back to me quickly. Will post again after we pick up bikes!
This was the third bike our family has purchased from Johnny Velo Bikes. John and this team always find the right bike for our needs and the service is always amazing. They go out of their way to help you. We don’t shop anywhere else for our bikes, accessories, or service
Love this shop & the service! It may be priced slightly higher than other larger chain stores, but you will receive great customer service and quality workmanship. 5 stars in my book!

I had a great experience and I appreciated the extra effort they (Joseph) put forth to helping me with my buying experience. Really appreciate it!! I purchased the Giant Hybrid Escape 2 disc. I haven’t rode it yet but I rode my friends who just purchased the same exact bike a month earlier.
