Very nice and supportive staff. They finished my scooter in less than an hour.
I took my bike in for a basic tune-up on Friday. I was able to pick it up on Monday. Great service. They raised the bike handles and checked out brakes, etc. Johnny Velo's is a great local business and I'm happy to support it.
I had a very disappointing experience with this bike shop and will not be returning. To start, their pricing is excessively high for the quality of service and parts provided. When I went to pick up my bike, the staff was rude and unprofessional, making unnecessary side comments that felt disrespectful. What concerned me most was the billing process.
