Went in today to purchase a vape and I recently stopped smoking a juul and salt nic products like it. I wanted a regular vape that’s it. But the man working THOUGHT he knew exactly what I wanted and needed and basically argued with me about what I wanted. Well as much as an argument as it could be seeing as I couldn’t get a word on edge wise. I literally just left. Terrible customer service. Manitowoc location

I went in today to get some vape juice and find a coil they helped me with both. They are all very friendly and helpful with any questions and product issues. They also really value customer requests
In this time of uncertainty how do you tell someone they don't care about advocacy? When a fellow shop owner comes in trying to provide information and paperwork to help your shop out and you turn them away, saying you DONT CARE ABOUT ADVOCACY is an absolute shame. I suggest you find the employee and fire them they dont care about the industry or your shop.

In from out of town for Packers training camp, the Wife and I needed some juice and a new mod. I was absolutely amazed by the service and the store! Everyone was really helpful, the place was very clean, and you can try out all the tanks to find out which one feels the best! A great selection of juice and they seem to have stuff I never heard which was refreshing. I will be ordering from them for now on as they ship for free on 2 day shipping!! Thank you Nick and Adam!
