Upon a friend’s recommendation, I called. Bobby the estimater arrived within a day. He spent about an hour talking with me about my concerns and measuring my project: answered every question, complete explanations, warm and friendly. Once the job was scheduled, Michael the team leader kept me informed every step of the process. I had my roof, gutters and driveway/patio all taken care of this week and Angelo did a great job! He was efficient, clean, and communicative. As he left, he gave me recommendations for what to tell my landscaper to reduce possible affects in the future. Overall a great service and I would definitely recommend them in the future.
Our HOA hired Johnny Tsunami to clean windows and gutters in our townhouse complex for the second time now. Overall it looks like cleaning windows in tall townhouses with limited access is still a challenge for them. Windows were left dirty, especially on the third floor. While cleaning and using water from some of the units they damaged plants in my mini garden for two days in a row. They did have the lowest price among three vendors we assessed though.
