This company does a terrific job of cleaning and I have used them for years.The problem is I get harassed for payment the day AFTER I have the work done. I mail the check immediately (the next day) but it appears this is not enough as I get e-mails, text messages and voice mails stating I am past due. This is really pathetic customer service from someone named ******. There needs to be a better attitude to customer service and I would like an apology.
To be fair - the quality of work was good and the guys who came out were hardworking and cared about the quality of the work that was done - I have no issue with the crew at at all (which is why I gave this company two stars instead of zero). My complaint, and it's a big one, is the price - over $4000 for roof & gutter cleaning, window washing, siding washing, and driveway cleaning. JP and Jesse did a great job cleaning my roof, windows, and shake shingle siding. It turned out better than I expected on the siding! I highly recommend this service. I have used their service twice and it has been done professionally and courteously.
