This is not a normal review where I actually had a work done. I own a plot of land in Duplin County in which it has an old, unlivable house stands. I asked Johnny to check it out and tell me if it is worth fixing it up. He said that it is doable but with a price. I confided that I am in a fixed income. Johnny advised me to find a handyman and told me that he could help me who I needed to talk to. It is rare for a contractor to go to that extent he did.
