This store exceeded the expectations for a quality service. I went to have my bike tuned up for the 2025 Chicago triathlon on August 24th and the Andersonville mechanic with the ponytail was very kind and left the bike in great condition to compete and race. 💪 my bike is the red one next to me in the picture I’d definitely come back and highly recommended if you want the best experience for you and your bike
Friendly staff and can accommodate your needs and budget. I brought in a just bought 24 year old specialized road bike with lots of issues, missing crankset, bad tires, and they got it up and running and even gave me a good deal on a used quality crankset. Upon receipt they also gave me recs for what components are in need of maintenance/replacement soon that I should look out for which I greatly appreciated. It's a small shop but they know what they are doing for the most part. No one is perfect.
Thought my bike was gonna need a lot more than it did and Anthony got everything done while I waited in the shop. Super nice dude. Appreciate everything.
