If I could have zero stars, I would. Had an appointment to do very minor touch and made an appointment for a Thursday. I needed it quickly as I was scheduled to trade the car in the following week. I confirmed the previous evening but he said we would have to delay it one day because it rained on that day (Wednesday) and could not work on a current pervious appointment.
