I always check online to see what the hours of operation r for your shop. However, there have been more than 11 times where I have gone over during "business hours", and your shop is closed or "be back in 15" and you never reopen. While I have gotten haircuts their, you are always on your phone and it takes 45 minutes to cut my hair. I'm not trying to be negative or a mean person. I just hope that you're aware that you're losing customers. Especially for a newly established business. Good luck and take care.
