Generally I enjoy the food at jr at Mohegan sun and the service however I ate there on 11/14/15 at 1:00 and it took a while to be acknowledged finally the waitress took our order and that took a long time just to have the server drop the top of my chicken sandwich fall on the table we had to ask for fork and knives and get our own ketchup they never returned to ask if everything g was ok or if he wanted something else and we finally tagged down the waitress to get our check to get out of their. You change the way you serve your customers, as for me I am not going there anymore and no I am not going to get used to it. This way also means that u our employees won't be getting the tips that they also counted on but I guess you would not care about that.
At the casino in Pa. This Johnny R hamburger s are delic, but here inThe Villages I feel they are precooked and come cold and the fries even colder,As if they put the fries on the plate and 10 minutes later the burger. Also endless fries but they never re ask .
The food was great and all of the staff were very welcoming and nice! They even did a dance to blue suede shoes while we were eating, it was a totally awesome experience!!
the restaurant itself is ok. jukeboxes at all the tables so you can pick what to play. The food was par at best. The milkshake and fries were good. The burger was overcooked and kinda dry(which is surprising since I asked for the special sauce on the side and she put it on the burger). The Service was horrible which is why I will never go back again. I went to Johnny Rockets on a Saturday night with my friend before 1025 at night. We understood that the restaurant closed at 11 pm but we figured we would be in and out as quick as we can as courtesy to your employees.
