Neat decor and theme, but that's about it – At the Sugarland Town Center location: I cannot say our first impression was a good one as it took a very long time for our party of 5 to receive our food. In fact, when we did get our food everyone else in my party had already finished their meal before I'd ever received my burger. The person waiting on us explained they were short on staff that day and that the reason my food was being received so late was the result of a computer error. Most greasy disgusting filthy restaurant ever! – At the Katy Mills location: We waited forever for our food, it was greasy and tiny for the money, the waitstaff all seemed new, and poorly managed. The place was greasy from tables, to floors, to the walls. The entire waitstaff had khaki pants that were all wet and black at the cuffs which signaled to me how filthy the kitchen floor grime is. We waited forever for our check and there was a huge line at the door for the hostess to seat more guests. We were just glad to leave.
