I had a small but unique catering request and Lisa, one of the new owners was fantastic to work with. She responded to my first email request immediately, unlike other stores that took days or never replied. Lisa is extremely friendly, helpful and customer service oriented. She went above and beyond expectations! They have already made and will be making many upgrades to the store and with someone like Lisa involved there's no doubt this store will be a winner. Excellent service and delivery. The food was excellent and the delivery was fast. It's a great store and it's also great to know they deliver.
Bathrooms are no longer available to customers. This is a shame, especially since I want to support them as a local business and they want to attract older customers with their senior Tuesdays. Johnny Pomodoros - your competition - Kroger, Whole Foods, Plum Market West Bloomfield - all have restrooms available to us paying customers. Rethink your policy.
Always love the selections and delectable pre- made yummies from the deli area. Encourage all to try the spinach pies.
Kudos to Dan Sonenberg, Mark Miller & Nick in the fish department. They did an outstanding job grinding my 20 lb fish order!! Dan is like Walt Disney making all your wishes come true. He is doing his best trying to fulfill all his customer's requests
Desperately needed to use the restroom and they refused. They lost a big sale and a loyal customer. Too bad!
