Hands down best gym of all time. I’ve been coming here for over 2 years and I wish I started coming sooner. The staff and gym members are all extremely welcoming, this gym has a fantastic community. I’ve made so many friends and connections here, as well as so much progress in the gym. If you’re new to the area or just need a new gym come try it out, the outside turf area is 10/10!!!!!
I’ve been working out since a young age and have trained in gyms all around the world — from Canada to the U.S. and beyond. Johnny O’s is truly my favorite so far. The atmosphere is inspiring, filled with people who are in shape, dedicated, and genuinely supportive. Johnny, David, and the entire team make all the difference — their energy, professionalism, and community spirit set this gym apart. You feel motivated from the moment you walk in.

Johnny O’s is truly my happy place! It feels like one big family. Everyone is so kind, supportive, and welcoming. It’s not your typical gym at all, it’s a positive, uplifting environment where people of all ages and fitness levels are welcomed.
