I appreciate interacting with Johnny immensely and the service he gave even though I was not able to book him in my location. He got a booking through U-Haul Ubox for me, only he is based in New Jersey and I’m in Maryland. He had the integrity to call me when he hit the booking, explain the situation, offer me an alternative and then helped me through the process of going back to U-Haul to re-book with someone local.
