This is the company that was assigned my warranty claim on our pool heater. It took them over two weeks to make an appointment. I had to call the heater manufacturer several times to get someone from Johnny On The Spot to call me. They never came out to diagnose the problem, just made an appointment to come in two weeks. Quick and professional. Came out and repaired my AC unit same day and got everything working within a short period of time.
Our AC stopped working during the night. I called Johnny On The Spot at 7:30 am and it was back up running again by 11:00 am. In addition to good service, I appreciate that there was no up sale tactics.
