When my heat went out I called Jeff McFarland at Johnny on the spot. He sent his technicians to come check out what was wrong. This unit was 22 years old. It could have been repaired but with the old type Freon and the parts and labor it would have been crazy to have it fixed and not replaced. So they replaced it. Explained the system and its efficiency. They also sent in for my rebate from Duke energy. I highly recommend Johnny on the Spot!
