The man, A.G., that came this morning to help my boyfriend and I drain my black tank on my RV was so incredibly helpful and kind! We had a major clog issue and he worked hard to help resolve it as well as taught us something new! Also, when I called on 12/23, they offered to come on Christmas Eve, but I opted to wait until 12/26 due to my own obligations. Plus they are very reasonably priced! I highly recommend this company!!
The BEST! My hubby passed right in the middle of getting our property septic system put in. Johnny on the spot was here the next morning to set up the port a John so I didn't have to put out extra funds for a hotel till I could get the system finished. They are reliable and kept the unit clean, always. Even supplied the deodorant that kept the smell down during the hot months. Via email, June 28th I completed all documentation to have a porta potty brought for a celebration of life where 50 guests were expected on July 6th. I was told it would be delivered on Friday before and picked up the Monday after. By end of day Friday, no porta potty. No after his phone number either. When finally got them on Monday it was just an oops. Very disappointed!
