John just finished a total gut job of my kitchen and bathroom. All the way down to the studs. He even knocked a wall out and added a wall per our plans. He and his crew did it all from the demolition all the way to the final paint job!! He was really professional and always on time. He had a really good crew with him also. I looked at these other negative reviews. I had none of those problems. I would refer him to anyone.
He was hired to update my dad's house. He worked on it for 2 -3 weeks. When we returned we found walls that felt like sandpaper, splotchy walls, paint on the wood kitchen cabinets, furniture, carpet, and base boards. He poured mortar down our washroom drain to mention a few of the problems. Do not let this man in your house. He is sloppy, careless, and unprofessional.
His work is neither professional, nor skilled. If you use him, be cautious. He did a terrible job on my property.
He was great when the job first started, and fair with his pricing, but it has taken almost 3 months and there is still unfinished work and no return to my phone calls.
